Very impressed with this Shoe Carnival. I have visited the store a few times in the past couple of months and have always had an amazing experience. The employees are so friendly and helpful and they don't follow you around and pressure you to purchase anything. One time the store had a raffle for a free pair of shoes and I got to spin a wheel to receive a discount on my purchase. Today, I went in to exchange a pair of shoes for my niece and the process was quick and simple. I even got to ship the shoes to my niece free of charge. I love the prices, selection, and clearance items at Shoe Carnival. I will actually drive past numerous other shoe stores just to go to the Shoe Carnival in Norfolk.

Not only was the staff very quick to help, they were not pushy at all. Amongst all of the chaos every single one of the staff members managed to have a mask on which is saying something for the store itself. The manager was very quick to discount the pair of shoes that we purchased because the sale tag was still hanging. This was even after realizing that the sale sign should’ve been removed because it had already ended. That’s great customer service, and exactly why we will return to the store. This was our first visit and definitely not our last.

I did an online order, and I was able to pick it up within 5 minutes. And it was exactly what I ordered and the right size. I will definitely shop Shoe Carnival for future purchases.

Clean, friendly and almost fully stocked ... But still get 5 stars because they are able to order the shoe they do not have! You can have it shipped directly to your house or to the store. A wide variety of socks, slippers and shoe accessories as well.

Carmen was absolutely amazing! She let me know about the amazing sells as soon as i walked in. Then as i was leaving a man walked in needing something for a funeral, and she still let him skip really quickly. That was very kind hearted of her! She deserves a great promotion!

I haven't been to this store in a long time. It was nothing like I remembered. The customer service was superb. The store was well organized and very clean. I even had to use the restroom and was surprised by how clean it was. I will definitely return soon.

We always find a great deal here and never have bad service, even when I can see that customers are being extra. Everyone keeps their cool and accommodates the best they can and they are very patient when they explain sales and coupons. I'll be back again soon as fast as my kids' feet grow.

I went into this store to find a pair of heels almost giving up. When I tell u these two young ladies help me from beginning to end, I thanked them soooooo much if I'm right it was Arcelia and Shantell. I went to my event and felt as confident as ever thank u again ladies. #foreveracustomer

Very nice place! I stopped at a lot of different shoe stores and could not find what i was looking for but Shoe Carnival had exactly what i needed! They have tons of variety and also great deals and decently priced.

I made my biggest purchase on today. Two pair of slides and two pair of sneakers. They were a great price with all but one on sale. Then got to spin the wheel for a discount and had a coupon in my email. Oh yea!!!
